Return Policy Information

I offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • If you've changed your mind about an item and would like a refund or exchange, please email me to make arrangements. I welcome items being sent back to me, and once I verify the condition, I will promptly refund your order.

  • For any issues with the items, feel free to reach out via email, and I will gladly resolve it in whatever way works best for you.

Please note, I am a small business and sometimes human error can occur, I will always do my best to sort out any problems as soon as possible :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
